Intro
Lion Makiii Library & Café is a community reading space created by Root Education Foundation.
It combines a library, a café, and a learning environment where children, parents, and educators can gather, read, discuss ideas, and grow together.It is designed not only as a place for books, but as a space where curiosity, imagination, and meaningful conversations can happen every day.
Lion Makiii Library & Café 是由 Root Education Foundation 创建的社区阅读空间。
这里融合了 图书馆、咖啡馆与学习空间，为孩子、家长和教育者提供一个可以阅读、交流、思考与成长的环境。这里不仅仅是一个借书的地方，更是一个 激发好奇心、想象力与深度对话的空间。
The Third Learning Space
Beyond School. Beyond Home. A Place for Exploration.

Education traditionally happens in two main places: school and home.
However, meaningful learning often requires a third space — a place where curiosity is free, conversations are natural, and exploration happens without pressure.
Lion Makiii Library & Café was created as this Third Learning Space.
Here, children are not only students.
Parents are not only guardians.
Everyone becomes a learner.
It is a space where:
• Children discover the joy of reading
• Parents explore ideas about education and growth
• Educators share knowledge and inspire new possibilities

Learning here happens through books, conversations, creativity, and shared experiences.
